May 27, 2026: AM Pitch Night
The AM Pitch Night opens the Industrialized AM Summit Hamburg with a strong focus on high potential startups in additive manufacturing. The evening connects selected AM startups directly with industry
leaders, investors, and experienced AM experts, creating a focused environment for visibility, feedback, and new partnerships.
Pitching startups benefit from a particularly attractive offer: a limited number of selected teams receive free access, including full participation in the entire summit program and the networking dinner. The goal is to accelerate the path of promising solutions into
industrial application and collaboration.
During concise pitch sessions, startups present their solutions to a qualified expert audience. The evening is complemented by structured networking formats, targeted exchange with AM specialists, and an

Join IAMHH e.V. at the Industrialized AM Summit Hamburg, a hands on industry event with a clear focus on the industrial implementation of additive manufacturing. The objective is to help companies identify concrete application potential, reduce qualification effort, and build robust partnerships to scale AM in production.
IAMHH e.V. members as well as external AM experts are explicitly invited to contribute their expertise, exchange directly with interested industrial companies, and position themselves within Hamburg’s growing AM ecosystem.

It was fantastic to see so many of our IAMHH e.V. members represented across the halls, and the strong presence of our community truly highlighted the momentum of industrial additive manufacturing. We’re looking forward to continuing the discussions and building on the connections made!
IAMHH e.V. Networking Event October 8–9, 2025
Status: Past Event
On October 8–9, 2025, the Industrialized Additive Manufacturing Hub Hamburg (IAMHH) e.V. hosted its autumn networking event at DESY in Hamburg. The two-day program brought together experts from industry and research for a hands-on and highly interactive exchange on additive manufacturing strategies, applications, and collaboration opportunities.
Day 1 focused on networking and collaboration within the AM community. After opening remarks and an IAMHH update, participants dove straight into the “AM Speed Circles”, fast-paced conversations designed to uncover shared challenges, bottlenecks, and areas for cooperation.
The day continued with “Showtime IAMHH e.V.”, where members jointly developed ideas for the upcoming IAMHH trade show presence. During the “Member Marketplace”, organizations showcased their capabilities, technologies, and services, sparking new partnership discussions.
In the afternoon, “Network IAMHH e.V. and Beyond” expanded the scope to Hamburg’s broader innovation ecosystem. Representatives from regional clusters and networks joined to explore cross-sector collaboration and build bridges between AM, science, and industry.
The second day centered on science and research. As one of IAMHH’s active members, DESY offered participants a behind-the-scenes look at its world-class facilities during “Science Up Close”, including a guided tour and a poster exhibition highlighting ongoing additive manufacturing research with DESY and partner institutions.
The event successfully fostered new collaborations and generated multiple project ideas. Once again, IAMHH proved to be a thriving platform for connecting Hamburg’s industrial, scientific, and startup communities within the field of additive manufacturing.
IAMHH Networking Event May 6–7, 2025
Status: Past Event
IAMHH e.V. held its inaugural Additive Manufacturing Networking Event in Hamburg, bringing together researchers and industry leaders. The event featured expert talks across three tracks: AM in polymers, AM in mobility, and AM & automation, and included a plant tour at Zellerfeld and a networking dinner. On the evening before the main event, IAMHH e.V. hosted the AM Pitch Night, where startups pitched their AM innovations to investors in 10-minute presentations with awards for top projects.
